Showcase — Casa Horizonte

Casa Horizonte was developed as a complete architectural visualisation and cinematic video experiment. I modelled the house in Cinema 4D, created movement studies without textures in Unreal Engine 5, used those Unreal animations as references in Seedance 2.0, and edited the final video in CapCut.

The purpose of this workflow was to separate the project into clear creative stages: first establish the architecture, then define camera movement, then develop the cinematic visual treatment and finally control the rhythm of the finished film.

Starting with the House in Cinema 4D

The first stage was to build Casa Horizonte in Cinema 4D. At this point, the priority was the architecture itself: proportions, volumes, openings, roof lines and the relationship between the house and its surroundings.

Working on the structure before the final look allowed me to concentrate on the design of the building. I could study how the different planes connected, how the main forms read from a distance and which architectural details would become important once the camera started moving.

This stage created the foundation for every later image and video. A cinematic result depends on a reliable 3D base; if the proportions or camera angles are not convincing, lighting and post-production cannot fully solve the problem.

Preparing the Architectural Presentation

Once the house was established, I prepared still compositions that could present the project as a premium architectural visualisation. These images communicate the character of Casa Horizonte and create a reference for the later motion work.

The listing flyer was designed as a clear, presentation-focused application. It needed to show the project with enough atmosphere to feel aspirational, while keeping the house as the main subject. The composition balances architectural information with the visual qualities expected in a luxury real-estate presentation.

Creating Movement in Unreal Engine 5

The next step was to bring the Casa Horizonte model into Unreal Engine 5 and develop the movement studies. I deliberately worked without textures during this stage. The goal was to focus on animation, camera paths, framing and the visual rhythm of the shots before introducing the final surface treatment.

Removing textures made it easier to evaluate the essentials:

  • Camera direction: whether the movement revealed the architecture naturally.
  • Speed and timing: whether each shot felt calm, premium and cinematic.
  • Scale: whether the house remained the visual anchor throughout the sequence.
  • Transitions: how one camera position could lead into the next.
  • Composition: which parts of the building deserved emphasis in a vertical or horizontal frame.

This was an important decision in the workflow. By solving movement before textures, I could refine the cinematic structure without being distracted by material details. The Unreal scenes functioned as a visual blueprint for the final videos.

Using Unreal Animations as Seedance 2.0 References

After developing the movement studies in Unreal Engine, I used those videos as references in Seedance 2.0. This allowed the final AI video generation to follow the camera logic and motion that had already been designed in the 3D environment.

The Unreal references gave Seedance a clear sense of direction. Instead of asking the model to invent the entire movement from a still image, I supplied a guide for the sequence: where the camera should travel, how the building should be revealed and how the shot should progress over time.

This reference-based approach connected the precision of a 3D workflow with the visual possibilities of AI video generation. The architecture and movement came from a controlled scene, while Seedance 2.0 was used to develop the final cinematic interpretation.

The construction-focused videos explore another side of the project. They present the house as something that can be understood through stages, layers and evolving views, rather than only as a finished architectural object.

These sequences benefit from the same principles used in the main promo: clear camera movement, controlled pacing and a strong understanding of the building’s form. The construction concept becomes more convincing when the audience can follow the relationship between the architectural elements and the surrounding space.

Developing the Final Cinematic Look

Seedance 2.0 was used to transform the movement references into final videos with a more cinematic and atmospheric treatment. The aim was not to replace the 3D work, but to build on it. The 3D stage provided structure and motion; the AI video stage added the final visual interpretation.

I reviewed the generated clips according to continuity, architectural readability and movement. The strongest results were the clips that preserved the intended camera direction while adding atmosphere and visual richness. This selection process was important because the final sequence needed to feel like one film, not a set of unrelated generations.

The final assembly was completed in CapCut. I brought the selected Seedance 2.0 videos into the edit, organised them by shot type and built the sequence around the architectural journey.

Editing gave me control over the final experience. I could decide when to hold on a view, when to accelerate the movement and when to cut to a new perspective. The edit also made it possible to remove clips that did not match the visual continuity of the project.

The CapCut stage focused on four areas:

  1. Shot selection: keeping only the clips that supported the Casa Horizonte story.
  2. Rhythm: creating a pace that felt cinematic rather than rushed.
  3. Continuity: connecting different generated shots through movement, framing and tone.
  4. Final structure: shaping an opening, development and closing impression for the house.

The screenshots from the Seedance 2.0 stage document how the AI video work became part of the wider production pipeline. The important point is that the final videos were not created in isolation. They were based on movement decisions already tested in Unreal Engine.

Cinema 4D and Unreal Engine 5

The Cinema 4D and Unreal Engine screenshots show the relationship between modelling and animation in the project. Cinema 4D provided the house and its architectural foundation. Unreal Engine provided a space in which I could test camera movement and create the reference videos used later in Seedance 2.0.

What This Workflow Demonstrates

Casa Horizonte demonstrates the value of combining different tools according to their strengths. Cinema 4D was used to construct the architectural base. Unreal Engine 5 was used to plan movement without textures, keeping attention on camera and animation. Seedance 2.0 then used those movements as references for the final cinematic videos. CapCut brought the selected results together into one finished edit.

The workflow also shows why planning matters when working with AI video. A strong reference can give the generation a clear direction, while the final edit provides the judgement needed to select, order and refine the material.

For me, the most important lesson was that the tools work best as stages in a production rather than as isolated solutions. The architectural model, the movement studies, the reference-based generation and the final edit each solved a different part of the creative problem.

Final Result

Casa Horizonte combines architectural modelling, real-time animation, AI video generation and traditional editing into a single visualisation project. The final result is grounded in a structured 3D workflow, but it also benefits from the cinematic flexibility of Seedance 2.0.
