The Medical Monitoring UI/UX project explores how complex vital information can be organised into a calm, legible and responsive clinical interface. The process prioritised hierarchy, rapid recognition and consistent alert behaviour, transforming multiple data streams into a monitor that can be understood at a glance without unnecessary visual noise.
The final monitor brings the core vital signs into a single visual hierarchy. Large primary values, colour-coded waveforms, supporting measurements and alert areas are separated clearly so critical changes can be recognised quickly while the overall screen remains calm and consistent.
The Figma process began with content grouping and wireframes before moving into typography, colour roles, reusable components and interface states. Repeated modules and a controlled spacing system made it possible to test different data conditions, improve legibility and maintain consistency across the complete monitor.
