Creative Process
Paws & Claws was conceived as a friendly digital experience that brings the most important aspects of pet care into one organised interface. The project explores how owners could manage pet profiles, appointments, messages, services and health information without losing the warm and reassuring character associated with animal care.
Experience Planning
The process began by mapping the main tasks a pet owner would need to complete. Sign-up, adding a pet, scheduling an appointment and contacting a veterinary service became the foundation of the user journey. These actions were organised into clear sections so that the dashboard could work as a practical overview rather than a collection of disconnected screens.
Information Architecture
Each screen was designed around one primary action. Pet information and health details were grouped in concise cards, forms were divided into manageable fields, and recurring tasks were surfaced through reminders and status indicators. This structure reduces visual noise and helps users understand what requires attention.
Visual Language
A clean layout, soft colour accents and approachable imagery give the interface a caring personality while preserving the clarity expected from a service platform. Consistent components, spacing and typography connect the dashboard, messages, appointments and reporting areas into one coherent system.
Prototype and Refinement
The complete flow was reviewed screen by screen to improve continuity between actions and make navigation predictable. The result is a polished application concept that balances useful pet-care tools with a calm, accessible and trustworthy experience.
